Owned the product roadmap for a portfolio of clinical-trial analysis and reporting systems used by Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and Research Decision Sciences teams across six countries.
- Led the Scale IT for Clinical Portfolio initiative across Delta Fusion, CDI Platform, CDDR, and SLS — eliminated roughly 10,000 hours of manual effort annually, delivered ahead of plan, projected to double to 20,000 hours.
- Designed the A&R Submission Translation (ARST) platform — reduced China NDA submission translation cycle from six months to about a week; user research across Japan, China, Germany, Belgium, and the US.
- Subject Matter Expert for BARDS regulatory compliance across three audit-readiness systems (audit trail, user access, data integrity).
- Represented the product line in international strategy sessions in Prague, Brussels, and Zurich for cloud modernization and AI / ML integration.
Promoted to Squad Lead in 2022. Oversaw sprint planning, delivery, and mentorship for a cross-functional agile squad while continuing as lead analyst on the ARST product line.
