Experience

Now

Founder, Legacy Bridge Alliance Group

Holding company for my services-side work. Two operating companies under it: Metta Realty Partners (New Jersey real-estate practice affiliated with HomeSmart) and Metta Legacy Partners (confidential brokerage helping owners sell their small businesses). I run lead-gen, Meta and Google Ads, SEO, and lifecycle email for both brands.

Now

Founder, Kiddie Brands

Consumer-side brand family. KiddieSketch turns kids' drawings into framed prints, mugs, hoodies, and lightboards (Shopify + AI sketch enhancer + multi-fulfillment routing). KiddieGo is an outdoor and active-goods shop for kids โ€” balance bikes, helmets, scooters. KiddieWordle is a free Wordle variant for younger players, live in seventeen languages, no in-play ads. I own the full growth stack across all three: Shopify ops, Klaviyo + Mailchimp lifecycle email, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads, organic social (IG / TikTok / YouTube Shorts), SEO, and GA4/GTM analytics. AdSense + Google Search Console on the free sites.

2018 โ€” 2025

Product Manager, CRWEG ยท Merck & Co., Inc.

Owned the product roadmap for a set of clinical-trial analysis and reporting systems used by teams in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

  • Led the Scale IT for Clinical Portfolio program. Saved roughly 10,000 hours a year of manual work across four systems (Delta Fusion, CDI, CDDR, SLS).
  • Designed the A&R Submission Translation platform. Cut translated Clinical Study Reports and supporting NDA documents from 6-7 months to about one month, accelerating regulatory filings to China's NMPA and the medicines those filings unlock. User research with stakeholders in Tokyo, Shanghai, Berlin, Brussels, and Boston.
  • Promoted to Squad Lead in 2022. Served as the regulatory SME for BARDS audit-readiness on three systems, shipped year objectives with zero audit findings.
  • Represented the product line at international strategy sessions in Prague, Brussels, and Zurich.

Some things I'm proud of

Short stories from the work that meant the most. Each one is mine to tell.

10,000 hours back to the people doing the work

I led the Scale IT for Clinical Portfolio program across four systems at Merck. The win, in plain numbers: about 10,000 hours of manual effort, every year, gone โ€” work people used to grind through, now automated. We delivered ahead of schedule, and the impact is projected to double as adoption spreads. The leadership recognition was nice; the real reward was knowing biostatisticians I'd never meet got their evenings back.

6-7 months down to a month โ€” translated CSR for China NMPA

Regulatory submissions to China's NMPA used to take 6-7 months of translating the Clinical Study Report and supporting documents before they could even be filed. I designed and shipped the A&R Submission Translation platform that cut that cycle to about a month. The research wasn't done from a desk โ€” I interviewed users in Tokyo, Shanghai, Berlin, Brussels, and Boston, and the platform was built around what they actually needed. Faster regulatory submissions mean faster access to medicines. That math is hard to argue with.

Promoted to Squad Lead, kept showing up for the team

The 2022 promotion to Squad Lead wasn't the part I'm proudest of. The part I'm proudest of is the reverse-mentoring relationship I built with a senior director outside my reporting chain โ€” he was generous enough to write back: "exceptional in every area we explored. I do not have any further development feedback." Leadership is two-way; if I'm coaching anyone, I'm being coached too.

Mentoring Jenny through her summer at Merck

One of the most rewarding parts of the Merck role was mentoring Jenny Mao, a Cornell Tech master's student who spent the summer of 2025 on my team. Weekly 1:1s, panel-style mock interviews, resume rewrites, the "I don't know how to answer this" questions in real time. Her parting note: "I truly don't think I would have completed my internship so successfully without your mentorship." I'll take a paragraph like that over an annual review any day. That is the line I think about.

Built a free children's word game in 17 languages

KiddieWordle is a Wordle variant for younger players. No accounts, no ads in the play area, no monetization. The reason I'm proud of it: it's in seventeen languages, which means a five-year-old in Kerala can play in Malayalam and a five-year-old in Vermont can play in English, and the experience is the same. Universal access to small, useful things โ€” that's a principle I try to live by.

Turned my son's drawings into a real business

KiddieSketch came out of a simple question: what if the drawings my son brings home from preschool didn't just live on the fridge? It's a Shopify store that turns kids' art into a real keepsake gift โ€” a framed print, a mug, a hoodie, a lightboard, a photo album. Built end-to-end: the upload flow, the AI sketch enhancer, the spec validator, the multi-fulfillment routing. Every order is someone's kid's drawing landing on someone's grandmother's wall.

Skills

Product management โ€” Agile, design thinking, OKR/KPI tracking, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Mural. Growth & marketing โ€” Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot CRM, lifecycle email + segmentation, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, AdSense, organic social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn), SEO + content ops, conversion-rate optimization. Data and engineering โ€” SQL, Python, SAS, R, AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers. AI & LLM tooling โ€” daily user of Claude Code and OpenAI Codex CLI for production-grade software work; comfortable across frontier models (Claude Opus / Sonnet, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5) and open-weights (Llama 3.1 / 3.3, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek) deployed locally on Ollama + vLLM. Following the Indian sovereign-AI stack: Sarvam-M, Krutrim, BharatGen, Bhashini (Indic-language NLP). Applied LLM work, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), structured-output with Instructor / Outlines, Anthropic Cookbook patterns. Certified AI Product Manager (2024) โ€” see capstone download below. Healthcare standards โ€” CDISC (SDTM, ADaM), HL7, FHIR, MedDRA, GxP. Operating side โ€” Shopify (CustomSketch app dev, Shopify Partner), print-on-demand fulfillment (Printful + Printify), basic business brokerage, commercial real-estate underwriting (cap rate, DSCR, IRR), Make.com automations. Open-source side project on GitHub: SafeInk โ€” zero-knowledge anonymous-letter platform routing source reports to journalists.

Outside of work

Travel

Some of my best work years happened because of travel โ€” Prague, Brussels, Zurich, and on the personal side, trips back to my family's village in Anand, Gujarat. New places change how I think about old problems.

Hiking

The kind of trails that make you pay attention. Wharton State Forest, the Wissahickon, anywhere within an hour of South Jersey. A long walk is where I do my best thinking โ€” and where my son first learned the word "rock."

Philadelphia sports

Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, Flyers โ€” in that order most days. Philly fans are loud, loyal, and never satisfied. I find that pretty inspiring.

Reading

Mostly nonfiction with detours into Vedic philosophy and a slowly growing pile of business biographies. Right now: anything that helps me explain hard things in plain language.

Building small things

The free sites I run on the side โ€” KiddieWordle, BestPythonCourse, the rate-finder sites โ€” exist because building useful things and giving them away is the hobby. Some people fish. I ship.

Vedic practice

Quiet daily practice โ€” chants, mantras, time at the mandir. The part of me that doesn't show on a rรฉsumรฉ, but the part that keeps me grounded when the to-do list gets long.
